Phnom Penh Post - Alan Parkhouse

Alan Parkhouse has worked in senior positions in major newspapers in Australia, London, Thailand and Hong Kong. Before coming to The Phnom Penh Post he was the chief Sub-editor of the Sunday Bangkok Post and before that was the Senior Sports Editor at The Nation in Bangkok. In Australia, Alan worked for the Daily Telegraph, the Sunday Telegraph, The Australian, The Daily Mirror, The Sydney Morning Herald, the Sun Herald, The Sun, The Australian Financial Review and was the editor of two suburban papers in western Sydney. He started his career as a hot metal printer in a country paper in northern NSW.
