(“PR Cam”) under the power of attorney dated 2 March 2022, are honoured to announce to the public that PR Cam has been appointed as the authorised exclusive distributor for importing and distributing in Cambodia the alcoholic beverage products bearing the mark “CHIVAS” from Chivas Holdings (IP) Limited and Chivas Brothers International Limited based on the Authorized Exclusive Distributorship Letters dated 15 March 2023 and Recordal Letter of Exclusive Distributorship No. 2520 dated 1 August 2023 issued by Ministry of Commerce.

Accordingly, please kindly be informed of our official announcement and cease doing parallel imports and/or distributing parallel imported goods bearing the aforementioned trademarks within 90 days from the issuance date of the Recordal Letter of Exclusive Distributorship shown in the picture on the right. We reserve the right to take legal action against other parties who violate the exclusive rights of PR Cam which results in harmful consequences to our business activities.
