We, Edenbridge Asia Partners Ltd., the authorised representative of Pernod Ricard (Cambodge) Co., Ltd. (“PR Cam”) by the power of attorney dated March 2, 2022, is honoured to announce to the public that PR Cam has been appointed as the authorised exclusive distributor for importing and distributing in Cambodia the products of wines/alcoholic beverages bearing below-listed trademarks from the trademark owners’ companies based on the Authorised Exclusive Distributorship Letters and Recordal Letters of Exclusive Right for Import and Distribution issued by Ministry of Commerce as indicated below:
 

1. Products of wines bearing the mark “BALLANTINE’S” from Allied Domecq Spirits & Wine Limited based on the Authorised Exclusive Distributorship Letter dated June 15, 2021 and Recordal Letter of Exclusive Distributorship No. 2560 dated October 25, 2021.
2. Products of wines bearing the mark “THE GLENLIVET” from The Glenlivet Distillers Limited based on the Authorised Exclusive Distributorship Letter dated June 15, 2021 and Recordal Letter of Exclusive Distributorship No. 2559 dated October 25, 2021.
3. Products of wines bearing the mark “JACOB’S CREEK” from Pernod Ricard Winemakers Pty Ltd based on the Authorized Exclusive Distributorship Letter dated 1 June 2021 and Recordal Letter of Exclusive Distributorship No. 2573 dated 27 October 2021.
4. Products of wines bearing the mark “GEORGE WYNDHAM” from Pernod Ricard Winemakers Pty Ltd based on the Authorised Exclusive Distributorship Letter dated June 1, 2021 and Recordal Letter of Exclusive Distributorship No. 2572 dated October 27, 2021.
5. Products of wines bearing the mark “JAMESON” from Irish Distillers International Limited based on the Authorised Exclusive Distributorship Letter dated May 1, 2021 and Recordal Letter of Exclusive Distributorship No. 2571 dated October 27, 2021.
6. Products of wines bearing the mark “MARTELL” from MARTELL & CO based on the Authorised Exclusive Distributorship Letter dated March 30, 2021 and Recordal Letter of Exclusive Distributorship No. 2570 dated October 27, 2021.
7. Products of alcoholic beverages bearing the mark “CHIVAS REGAL” from Chivas Holdings (IP) Limited based on the Authorised Exclusive Distributorship Letter dated May 26, 2021 and Recordal Letter of Exclusive Distributorship No. 0242 dated January 31, 2022.
8. Products of alcoholic beverages bearing the mark “ROYAL SALUTE” from Chivas Holdings (IP) Limited based on the Authorsed Exclusive Distributorship Letter dated May 26, 2021
and Recordal Letter of Exclusive Distributorship No. 0241 dated January 31, 2022.

 
Accordingly, please kindly be informed of our official announcement and cease to stop doing parallel import and/or distributing parallel imported goods bearing the above trademarks within 90 days from the issuance date of each Recordal Letter of Exclusive Right for import and distribution stated in the pictures. We shall reserve our rights to take legal action against other parties who have violated the exclusive right of PR Cam which results in harmful consequences to its business activities.
