Prince eAccount offers convenient and secure digital banking for all

Prince Bank Plc on Monday launched its virtual account for new customers – the Prince eAccount, which can be opened instantly through the Prince Mobile app hassle-free, at zero cost and with no paperwork required.

The brand new eAccount caters to customers wishing to open an account with Prince Bank at any time and at their convenience – and without having to step into a branch, it helps protect health and safety amid the prolonged coronavirus pandemic.

The government’s protection guidelines and the social distancing measures to safeguard against Covid-19 encourage people to go digital where possible, including with banking services.

The Prince eAccount is an alternative financial product that is helping to increase financial inclusion across the Kingdom by allowing new customers to bank with Prince with greater convenience, while financial transactions and digital payments are carried out easily and securely.

The new eAccount is available in both KHR and USD, and the process does not require any documents, a passbook is not needed to carry out transactions and no initial deposit is necessary.

Customers who wish to open an eAccount with Prince Bank can do so by downloading the mobile application, which is available for both iOS and Android users and available on Apple’s App store and Google Play, respectively.

Services include account transfers, local fund transfers – NCS, Retail Pay, Bakong, FAST Payment – phone top-ups, bill payments, Prince Pay and more.

With the eAccount, cash deposits and withdrawals can be carried out cardlessly at any time at any of the Prince Bank branches and ATMs/CDMs located nationwide.

Prince Bank also offers further benefits to its new digital banking customers as all new eAccount customers will receive 500 Prince reward points, equivalent to $5, while the customer referrer will get 200 Prince reward points, equivalent to $2.

The Prince reward points will be credited into the accounts of the new customer and customer referrer instantly once registration is successful.

What’s more, when the Prince eAccount has been opened, they stand a chance of winning the monthly lucky draw and lucky draw grand prize by collecting lucky draw ticket(s) for conducting financial transactions on the Prince Mobile app.

Customers can redeem Prince Reward Points for phone top-up on Prince Mobile or to make payments at more than 7,000 Prince Pay merchants nationwide.
