Wing Bank briefs General Department of Taxation on how its digital technologies are propelling the Kingdom’s financial sector.

Wing Bank chairman Neak Oknha Kith Meng on Friday welcomed a high-profile delegation — from the General Department of Taxation that was led by its director-general Kong Vibol — to its head office in Phnom Penh.

Wing Bank’s management during the visit showcased the latest digital banking technologies and briefed the officials on the bank’s vision in providing financial services across the Kingdom.

The delegates were shown how Wing Bank uses its large digital ecosystem and innovative digital technologies to smoothen consumer lending, support financial and digital inclusion, enable e-commerce and e-governance; and assist in driving Cambodia’s vision in developing a digital and open economy.

“Wing Bank has been working diligently to ensure that our community has access to a broad range of financial solutions, digitally, physically and at times when they need it the most.

“We aim to use our digital financial products and services to relieve the financial burden from the pandemic and help our people to recover their businesses faster,” said Kith Meng.
