Phnom Penh eats: Wood-fired oven pizza meets street food

Not all pizzas are created equal. This one is created and cooked in a wood-fired oven right before your eyes. Located on the corner of Street 454 and Street 155 — right by the Russian Market — this moving stand offers a variety of toppings, with pizzas handmade on the spot as soon as you order. Owner Kurom Dara spent nearly a decade perfecting his technique under chefs in Italy, and is now training locals in the art of a good dough. Prices range from $4-$10.
