In Brief: Hun sen thanks donors for Aid

Prime Minister Hun Sen thanked donors for pledging nearly US$1 billion in aid next year to implement the National Strategic Development Plan. "Donors have seen the reduction in poverty. They have good will towards Cambodia and want to help Cambodia to reach its target," Hun Sen said, adding that though monitoring is necessary, Cambodia has "strong reforms" that "match the demands of all the development partners".
