Cambodian, Thai police talk cybercrime, exchange programme

Deputy National Police chief Chea Pov on September 29 met with a delegation from the Royal Police Cadet Academy of Thailand for talks to enhance cooperation.

Pov represented National Police chief Neth Savoeun for discussion with the delegation, led by Lt Gen Thatchai Pitaneelaboot, commissioner of the academy.

The two sides discussed strengthening the bonds of friendship between Cambodia and Thailand to prevent cybercrime.

At the meeting, they commended the fruitful results of cooperation between the Cambodian National Police and the academy. The close cooperation made a significant contribution to strengthening the relationship between the two countries and maintaining peace, stability, and international public order.

At the meeting, Thatchai thanked Savoeun for sending Pov to welcome them and discuss a work exchange programme.
