Sovannaphum Life kicks off New Year with ‘Mission No 1 in 2022’ target

Sovannaphum Life Assurance Plc – a leading life insurance company, and one with financial strength and trust – kicked off the New Year with the target of “Mission No1 in 2022”.

Events took place on January 8-9 at Dara Airport City Hotel and Spa in Phnom Penh and on January 15 at Amber Angkor Hotel in Siem Reap province, with more than 400 staff from across the Kingdom participating.

During opening remarks, Sovannaphum Life CEO Loke Kah Meng presented the key achievements in 2021 and the top priorities for 2022, followed by a declaration of commitment and strategies to achieve the targets for the coming year.

“Among the many key achievements, there were two in 2021 that were the most notable. First, Sovannaphum Life achieved market leadership position in the third quarter of 2021. Second, we achieved profitability for the first time in 2021.

“The other key achievements were running our fifth anniversary campaign worth 125 million riel to reward our policyholders and the production of our first corporate video, as well as Covid-19 donations to the Phnom Penh Municipal Administration, Ksach Kanal district and Angkor Hospital for Children in Siem Reap province.

“Moreover, in recognition of the hard work and dedication of our staff, more than 140 certificates of recognition were awarded to top performers of the year including agency members and bancassurance executives from all our bank partners throughout the country,” said Loke.
