Phnom Penh Post - Bag snatch duo eat dirt with a side of punches
A man who decided to indulge in a little mid-morning bag-snatching was banged up by capital cops after his efforts went badly awry yesterday morning.
He and an accomplice closed in on their intended target as she drove through the capital’s Russey Keo district, snatching her bag, before losing their balance and falling from their moto.
With his accomplice escaping, the luckless larcenist was then pounced upon by bystanders, who returned the bag to his victim.
