Capital vendor sticks to her spot – and her stick

A Meanchey district clothes vendor figured she had a licence to sell – and attack a man with a stick – during an argument over the placement of her cart.

After setting up shop on the side of the road on Friday the woman was shooed by a nearby security guard who cited traffic concerns.

Preferring not to speak softly, but rather, to pull out a big stick, the woman gave the watchman a whacking.

Cops were called to calm the fracas and they sent the guard off to hospital while the purveyor was pulled off for questioning at the nearest police post.
