Phnom Penh Post - Drunk cop lays down law on Phnom Penh road divider
A cop, both drowsy and drunk, drove his car straight into a street divider in Phnom Penh early yesterday morning.
The pissed policeman was headed home when he dozed off, losing control of the vehicle and veering right into the concrete slab.
The force of the collision flipped the car, but the now-wide-awake cop was able to crawl out with only minor injuries.
He fled the scene before his colleagues could arrive, but they still impounded the vehicle and identified the suspect.
