Gutless goons freaked in bag-snatching fail

If you’re going to embark on a life of crime, you need a bit of moxie.

But guts were in short supply when a pair of moto-riding wannabe thieves grabbed a woman’s bag in Phnom Penh’s Tuol Kork district on Wednesday.

The victim screamed, which apparently terrified the nervous villains, causing them to fall from their vehicle.

Police arrested the pair who were revealed, thanks to a urine test, to be drug users. They were sent to court.
