A capital tyre repairman’s customers were leaving his stall in high spirits before capital police discovered the other half of the operation: drug sales.

Authorities had been investigating the pit stop in Wat Phnom commune before cracking down yesterday, finding drugs and pipes hidden among the tools.

The 39-year-old sidelining mechanic was arrested and taken to the station for questioning.
