Phnom Penh Post - Kratie scammers caught fragrantly breaking law
Three con artists may have to adapt their door-to-door skills to work behind bars as they were arrested yesterday when cops found them peddling a fake lucky draw and perfume scam.
Visiting households in Kratie province slinging $40 scents that came with tickets to win a TV, the trio were caught in a bind when three families came to them with winning numbers.
No prizes were offered up, however, and cops soon put an end to the sweet smelling ruse.
