Late-night riverside chat ends in a motobike theft

A late night tête-à-tête was rudely interrupted by knife-wielding moto thieves in Phnom Penh’s Daun Penh district early yesterday.

After their night shift ended, two colleagues sat on a riverside bench to talk but were halted when four men pulled a blade and made off with their set of wheels.

Left with more time to chat, the pair headed to the police station to file a complaint about the theft.
