Phnom Penh Post - Russian duo forgoes PIN codes at ATM, gets caught
It wasn't voting machines, but rather an ATM that two Russian suspects tried to tamper with in Phnom Penh’s Daun Penh district before being nailed by authorities on Sunday.
Officers spotted the pair acting shifty in an ABA Bank vestibule and came to find them attempting to steal some cash.
A knife, a USB device with a cable, a motorbike and three cellphones were confiscated, and the two suspects were summoned by an investigating judge to offer their alibis at the municipal court.
