There’s a price to fashion, as well as shoplifting

Members of a vigilante mob took a few digs at a woman who was caught trying to steal new digs at a market in Phnom Penh’s Stung Meanchey commune Saturday evening.

Guards say the shop’s owner noticed the woman concealing garments and called out for help from those nearby.

She was caught and given a less-than-gentle treatment until officers arrived to take her off to the station for questioning.
