Despite trying to stay frugal, six men overdid it early yesterday and were forced to call their parents to help pay their $350 KTV bill in Takeo province’s Tram Kak district.

The crew knew they were light on cash so decided to forgo beer and drink the cheaper, locally produced “Wrestler” brand red wine instead.

After the last song was sung, however, the group found themselves wrestling with the heavyweight bill, which showed they downed 44 bottles.

The owner held on to their scooters as collateral until they came back with help and settled the tab.
