A Russian man may have looked the part but was arrested by cops in Kep on Wednesday for posing as a member of the military.
The foreigner was arrested after being spotted donning the regalia, and a raid of his home turned up drugs, handcuffs, walkie-talkies and full riot gear along with the official vestments.
The 37-year-old was set up with a date at Kampot Provincial Court.
