Palm Sugar exports on the rise

Kampong Speu Palm Sugar Promotion Association (KSPSPA) is expecting to produce 300 tonnes for the upcoming season, which runs from December to May.

The forecast is twice the amount produced last season, due to higher demand, according to state-run news agency AKP.

The production and sale contract for the sugar will be finalised in August when KSPSPA meets with partner companies.
