Biography: 

May Kunmakara has been working with the Post’s Business Desk for about five years since the paper went daily in 2008. Kunmakara focuses on the Cambodian macro economy, banking and finance, capital markets, trade, investment and tourism. Before joining the Post, Kunmakara worked as a financial officer at the Thai-owned television station TV3 and a business reporter at Cambodia The Life, the Mekong Times Newspaper and the Cambodia Daily. Kunmakara holds a bachelor degree in Banking and Finance from Build Bright University in Phnom Penh and has completed several journalism short courses both in and outside Cambodia.
